Public Engagement

Over the life of the project Energiekontor will undertake an extensive consultation process with statutory consultees, stakeholders and the local community. The community engagement process will follow the most recent government guidelines.

Engagement on the project will be undertaken via a number of methods including, but not limited to:

• Public Exhibitions;
• Feedback forms;
• Local media;
• Parish council meetings;
• A regularly up dated website; and
• Project leaflets and newsletters.

Public Exhibitions

Following initial exhibitions held in September 2013, Energiekontor UK held a second round of public exhibitions in February 2014 in Fulstow and North Thoresby.
These exhibitions were designed to provide the local community with the opportunity to find out more information about the project, next steps and to ask questions to the Energiekontor UK team.
